Broadmarc was engaged to design and facilitate a program that enabled a regulatory and quality teams to build resilience into their daily work and collaborate with business partners. How does a regulatory department shift mindsets and their way of operating to build resilience and get on the front foot to manage increasing levels of change?
Our program design consisted of a series of engaging workshops with frameworks and a resilience diagnostic proven to build the foundations and mastery in resilience with a strong focus on application to daily work routines. Our strong focus on application created a safe environment for participants to apply and build resilience behaviors through our proprietary application circle methodology. This provided a shared ‘neutral’ space for participants to share insights and contribute perspectives that built accountability and resilience in real time.
Our holistic approach included a specific series of support meetings with managers to build their understanding and techniques in coaching and deepen resilience practices within the department. This integrating element has built the collective social capital of the department resulting in a quantum improvement in the departments resilience.
Our strong focus on application and creating a psychologically safe environment empowered participants to apply and build resilience behaviors through our proprietary application circle methodology.
